Can't login to Help

Hello - I’ve been trying to submit a ticket today but continue to get an error: “We couldn’t submit your request. Refresh the page and try again.” I’ve not

logged in before and have restarted, logged out of all Chrome profiles, cleared my cache and tried to use Incognito mode. Same error. Endlessly.
Could a human try to contact me to try to escape this (likely self-inflicted) nightmare? Thanks!
