Hello! I’m experiencing an issue with member management across organizations. Recently, a colleague created a new workspace (B) and added me along with several team members. However, we were all already part of another organization’s workspace (A), except for the person who created workspace B.
We joined workspace B using the same email addresses associated with workspace A, accepting the constraint described in the invitation email:
Your email XXX can only be connected to one organization. You can switch to YYY’s organization, but you will permanently lose access to your existing projects. To switch organizations, click here.
Although I’ve been added to workspace B with admin role, I cannot view my account or my colleagues’ accounts in the Settings > Members tab, even when using the search box. However, I can see the accounts of others who were not previously associated with other organizations.
For testing purposes, I sent new invitations to the same people using different emails that had not been previously used with Labelbox. In this case, I can see their accounts in the Members tab as expected.
If it helps, we are on the free plan in workspace B.
For our purposes, it’s critical to maintain our previously used company emails and at the same time have access to accounts in the Members tab to manage roles and permissions.
Can you confirm this fault and also recommend a solution? Thanks!
