I wanted to know if it’s possible to import webvtt or .csv files, and how if it’s possible.
I also wanted to know if it was possible to make annotations on several video files simultaneously (these are video files of the same scene taken from different angles). I’d like to be able to superimpose 2 of them to annotate them more effectively.

We don’t support webvtt or csv file in Labelbox at the moment.
To make annotation for multiple video simultaneously you could stitch your videos in one using tool like clipchamp for example I made a quick example for you :
