Inputting "?" while annotating audio file opens the "Attachments" pane

As of this morning (Tuesday Nov 18th, 10:40 am UTC), attempting to input a question mark “?” while annotating an audio file opens the “Attachments” pane.

This is because the Attachments pane is currently mapped to [SHIFT] + ?
Was this a recent change? I don’t find it in the changelog.

It also seems copypaste via Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V are broken as of now.
