Good morning LabelBoxers 
We are running into some intermittent issues across multiple projects and various annotators, and we can’t figure out the reason. Our annotators are working in their items, but are unable to submit their annotations occasionally and their work is not being saved. We’ve emailed support every time it has happened, but support hasn’t been able to figure it out either. All annotators are enrolled in the project level as Labelers, projects are document review and plain text, and there hasn’t been any pattern with who is getting the grey submit button. We have them working on consensus, 3 people look at each item, and we have never had this error happen on the same item twice for a different labeler. We’ve had them log out and log back in, clear cookies, etc, but still nothing has shaken loose. Any ideas?
