Cannot label or review a Labelbox project

To the Labelbox support team,

Hope this message finds you well. Our labeling agents and I are having trouble labeling or reviewing any tasks in one of our organization’s projects. There are two items in the labeling queue, but the “Start labeling” button is grayed out and cannot be used to open the labeling interface. Furthermore, when I enter the Data Row tab, filter by “In review” items, and click on a data row, the labeling interface does not load.

I filed an Atlassian support ticket, but have not yet received a response, which is why I’m posting here.

I would appreciate it if you have any insights on how to re-enable labeling and reviewing for this project. Thank you in advance.

Do you have the ref for the ticket? If you could provide the project id as well.

Hello, I am having same problem since June 2025 in the Bolivia Project.

Sorry, I don’t know if I have a project ID and how I could find out about it. I just know that

I joined the ‘Bolivia Project’ for months until June 2025 and then could not do again.

Generally I am a newcomer in using Labelbox and not firm with the technical background. @PT
