I’ve been importing and labeling mp4 videos in the catalog for several days now.
Everything’s going well until today, when I can’t import one of the videos. A red circle appears to the right of the video name. However, no problem at all, the format is mp4, the file size is almost the same as those already imported. In short, I don’t know what the problem is.
Can you check the video encoding and the frame-count consistency?
Also, is the video a “real” MP4 file, aka not a video of a different format that was renamed to pass as a MP4.
Please find below the specifications of supported video files in the Labelbox platform (Import video data)
Video encoding: H.264 (also referred to as AVC), H.265
256 MB max file size
Frames Per Second (FPS) x Video Duration (Number of secs) == Total Number of Frames
Apologies for the late response here. It looks like the 3 data rows that are having issues are being imported as MPEG4, instead of MP4. As referenced in the documentation, Labelbox only supports MP4 file types.
