LabelBox Academic Account encountered 10k LBU limit

Aloha, my LabelBox friends!
Your app is great, I really enjoy working with it.
I am MoZen, a Ph.D. student of EE at the University of Hawaii, and we are mentoring a few high school students in the summer; they’re learning Python and Object detection, and they are labeling our data(an invasive insect in traps that its detection will be everybody!).
Anyway, I ran into the 10k LBU limit, I started deleting images with the empty object, but still, we have used 14 K LBUs!
I am suspicious my account did not get the academic license properly, I applied for it when I created my account; Research | Labelbox
If you could assist with this problem, it would be great.

Regards,
MoZen

Hi @PRV,

Thank you for posting!
Could you share your Workspace ID (previously Organization ID). You can find instructions to find it in the Labelbox documentation: Customer support.

Thanks,

Hi Paul, Any Update?

Could you please apply the academic license to my account?
Currently, the Workspace Tier is a free account, should it be an academic license instead?
My workspace ID:cldzarhaq1jfe07zoghmp1na9

Thanks,
Mohsen

Hi LabelBox People,

Would you please enable an academic license for my account?
We ran out of the 10 k LBU a few days ago.

If not, we can buy a license if it is affordable with university research funding.

Thanks,
Mohsen

Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.
I have forwarded your request internally for action.

You should receive an email early next week.
